This explains what NthCube LLC collects when businesses use Nth Collect, and what happens to it. Questions go to contact@nthcube.com.
Businesses that use Nth Collect
- Your team's email addresses and names, to sign in and to send you notifications.
- Your business settings: name, sending address, time zone and reminder wording.
- Billing details are collected and kept by Paddle, our merchant of record. We see your plan and its status, not your card.
Your customers
From the accounting apps you connect, or the files you import, we keep each unpaid invoice (number, amounts, dates, currency, payment link) and the customer it's for (name and email address). For this information your business is the controller, and we process it on your behalf, only to send the reminders you set up and show you their history.
When a customer opens their invoice page or answers a reminder, we record that and pass their message to you. A customer who asks to stop reminders is not emailed again for your business.
Connections
Access to Xero, QuickBooks Online and Stripe is read only. Tokens and keys are encrypted before they are stored, and you can disconnect at any time, which also revokes our access where the provider allows it.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, which hosts the app and its database.
- Resend, which delivers emails.
- Paddle, which handles subscriptions and payments.
We don't sell data, show ads, or use your or your customers' data to train AI models.
