Terms of service
Last updated 21 October 2026
Nth Collect is run by NthCube LLC ("we"). These terms cover your use of Nth Collect by you and the business you set up in it ("you").
What the service does
Nth Collect reads unpaid invoices from the accounting apps you connect, or that you import or enter, and emails your customers payment reminders on the schedule and in the words you choose. Reminders are sent in your business's name, with replies going to the address you set.
Your responsibilities
- You only chase debts that are genuinely owed to your business, and you are responsible for what your reminders say.
- You use Nth Collect for invoices to other businesses or to customers who have agreed to be contacted about their invoices by email.
- You follow the laws that apply to collecting your own debts where you and your customers are, and you don't use the service to act as a debt collection agency for others.
- You keep your sign-in email secure and tell us at contact@nthcube.com if you think someone else has access.
Your customers
Every reminder lets the recipient tell you they've paid, ask a question, or stop reminders. When they stop reminders, we won't email them again for your business until you confirm they've agreed. You don't try to get around this.
Plans, trials and cancelling
New businesses get a free trial. After it, a paid plan is needed for reminders to keep going out. Plans are billed monthly in advance by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and receipts. You can cancel any time from the billing page; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. If you're unhappy with a payment, email us within 14 days of it and we'll refund it.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect an accounting app at any time, and ask us to delete your business and its data by emailing contact@nthcube.com.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Nth Collect running and reminders accurate, including checking each invoice with its source before a reminder goes out, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted or that every reminder is delivered. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email the owners of each business at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
